The perfect storm happened and I ended up in the middle seat on a five hour plane ride…… I never want to hear anyone say “there is no justice in this world” again.
I discovered the occupants of the middle seat have no rights to the armrests on either side…….I am going to start a crusade for “Middle Seat Rights”. I cannot help but to fight when I see blatant discrimination.
Speaking of the world, it had been multiple decades since I watched the video recording of “We are the World”…….. I had forgotten the voices on that tape have been the sound track of my life.
Finally, I was eating lunch today with a good friend ,and at times an adversary, when I was taken off guard by a older person who knew us both in our childhood……. “I thought you guys only met in a tavern in Phoenicia.”
I am re-thinking my outlook in regards to “karma”. Monday night I lost half of my right middle finger…….. down to eight and one half digits. Crazy for a guy who has never done one day of manual labor in his entire life.
